Baleno Loosing / Breaking RPM Suddenly

Dear All - AOA ( From Karachi )
i have just purchased Baleno 2001 EFi ( Petrol only - Engine replaced with the same model 1.3 L ), first 15 days it was running perfect with AC, then it started to loose RPM and shut down as i start my AC.
i went to mechanic he simply cleaned the throttle body , changed its RPM sensor ( Took 1500 ) and it worked well, after 2 days again it started to loose RPM as i on AC, then i went to another mechanic he fully tunned the car and advise to change its RPM sensor and the issue still not solved.
then i went to another mechanic after 3 days , he checked and said that it ECU is faulty and need to replace ( used from sher shah) with cost 10,000 approx. then i left car at his work shop, in evening he told that problem is solved and the same card repaired ( cost 6,000 ), now it worked for 1 week and then again same problem started
and as of today the problem is as follows.
1- As i start engine it start take speed and then comes at normal ( without AC ) suddenly it looses RPM and car start to jerks and check engine light gets on , then after 1 -2 minute check engine removes and comes at normal then again the same check engine appears and then car gets off.
its new engine ( kabuli ) CNG never installed .
Can any one guide me what should i do now or any honest and perfect who takes money at least earn halal and sincerely solve the problem.

Don't change mechanics search for a good mechanics on pakwheel in your city.
Stick with one so you don't have to pay again and again.

visit and check with this guy. tell him the whole issue and the parts you have changed. He will guide as he is expert.

Signs of bad TPS and IAC .....also check MAF sensor....it also goes bad in her

if ignition coils are weak or plug wires are losing current, the car will get shut off randomly on load. where in karachi are you located?

I don't know your problem is fixed yet or not. But i also face the same issue like RPM dropping.

Let me share the solution of it. Hope it will help any one.
Problem I Face
I have Baleno 2001 running on petrol. It works prefectly fine but some time the RPM suddenly dropped and car start vibrating alot on pressing break or taking u turn and then on pickup the car was not performing well even full throttle is pressed.
Things I have tried to resolve the issue but no success

• Throttle body service
• air filter change
• Fuel filter change
• Use high octane (so injectors will be cleaned)
• Computerized checkup
• TP sensor calibration
• Idle control sensor calibration

ACTUAL SOLUTION

Rpm fluctuation when you press brake or turns your car occurs when your car battery ground wire is not correctly (connected/carbon in connection) with car body and car engine correctly. If you clean them properly it might solve your problem.

Steps to clean ground wire

• disconnect the battery wires
• disconnect the negative wire from battery as well as disconnect it from body and engine as well.
• clean all the terminals with (regmal) Sandpaper.
• connect all terminals again and Enjoy Baleno drive.
