i think no one hit him into city.. BUT the driver himself went into a POLE sideways.. hmmmm.. could be a result of skidding due to loosing control on a turn....!

Written off = something that is not deemed workable after repairs.

Insurance usually ' Writes off ' cars when it will cost them more than fifty per cent to make it run again.

Another word is total loss.

Easy- insurance walas auction the cars off.

Or they keep the good parts for future claims and auction the scrap off.

At the end- no one wants to lose money. So I am sure they sell each and everything.

Once auctioned- dealers or low budget people buy then and repair to working condition, they won't care if chassis is bent or it doesn't drive straight. Especially the dealers.

in Pakistan there is no segegation of "total loss" of "write off". A car is a car if is has 4 wheels that can go round.

but not every owner sell his car after accident bt if he to smebdy & later tht persn sells it without knowing abt it thn unfrtntly he wil b cald a fraudia

If insured car is wrecked owner can choose to take money and then car belongs to insurance company and later insurance companies auction them off
