Bank lease ownership transferred

Aslam o alaikum. I m done with my bank lease. And have gotten my NOC. Can someone plz explain me the procedure of getting ownership transferred

U need to submit that NOC from bank along with other papers/file given by the bank in the excise office and may be one more letter which bank might have given u at the same time for excise office. First car will be transfered on ur name in any case. If u want to sell it then it will be transffered from ur name to buyer name.

Dont know which city excise u r talking abt but just go to excise office, there r different windows. There r also agents outside office so u can get info from them also
