Basic small solar setup

Hi, i want to install 150 watt solar panel for home, Right now I have a Homage 600 watt simple inverter with AGS 100 battery. My load is usually less than 300 watts and the grid is offline for 4 hours in every 12 hours.

1- The budget for 150 watt panel and 20 amp charge controller is 10-12K but i dont know which brand to buy ?

2- My ups dont support solar panel and i dont know how to connect battery with ups and charge controller at the same time ?

1. This is the one way of connecting the charge controller. That bulb point can be your inverter and it will work just fine in solar mode.
   But not sure how wapda charging will work when not in solar mode.

2. You can connect as in your diagram too. But controller might decrease solar input when battery approaches 80% capacity. That could be a problem because you'll be consuming through the same line.

3. Might as well do without controller with one panel.
   Just connect the line with battery terminals directly.

One way is to disconnect the ac input of the ups so the only charging source is the inverter and turn on the battery at night but in the morning you have to disconnect the ups SC before the sun is bright.

Alternatively buy a solar ups and sale your current one. That's it's what I would suggest.

Since you have less wiring and no tension of manual intervention.. And it won't cost much. As you can add the amount of charge controller and the old ups.

The third step is dangerous as panels are producing much higher voltage the the battery and secondly battery will discharged through the solar at night. The charge controller is there for this propose. Buy mppt charge controller do not buy pwm models.

Solar Hybrid UPS is the best choice as it'll control everything automatically.
But it might be a bit too much as OP is looking to install just one panel.
