Batakundi stay options and site seeing?

Need options for stay at Batakundi as I am looking to avoid rush of Naraan.
In talks with PineTop cottages at Batakundi but can't seem to find any reviews online.
Can anyone help with stay recommendations in Batakundi and places for site seeing around?
Please do keep in mind that I shall be traveling with family and hence please recommend accordingly. Places with electricity, hot water and good food.

Stay at Batakundi is recommended due to less rush and less prices of hotels as compere to Naran .
It is around 15 Km far from naran. You can go Lalazar & Laike Saiful-Malook from there.

I stayed at Batkundi last year and the hotels were quite cheap comapred to Naran and were more neat and clean,You can easily find a room around 3-4k per night .The only drawbacks would be less resturants and unavalibility of signals
