Battery Charger with Equalization Mode

I want to buy a battery charger with equalization mode in it. I have searched market as well as internet. No such product is available in Pakistan. Any idea? Branded / non-branded solution for this?

Or if there is any desi method / jugaar?
A charger with fixed voltage output (say 15.5V~16V) for continuous charging contrary to a normal 2-stage or 3-stage battery charger which cuts off charging on a certain stage?
Also such charger should have low ampere output (<1A) to fulfill the requirement of battery equalization and to avoid over-heating of battery.
Or a charger with variable / adjustable voltage and ampere output?

I have a 12V Lead-Acid Phoenix battery (UGS-215) with Homage UPS. I've been using the battery for over a year and now want to apply equalization charge to remove sulphates and to equalize the cell volts.
Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Battery shop will be best bet for such stuff.

I also searched for similar thing. Found no DIY.

Get the battery flushed too, atleast for 3-4 times and then fresh electrolyte.

Yeah I'm planning to get the battery flushed too. But honestly I don't trust battery shops. They are interested in business more than customer care even if someone is willing to pay them extra charges.
Also they have a limited psyche and they are stuck to it, not willing to hear or tell anything, at least in a small city like mine. They are USTAADS you know; our market culture. They know everything and rightly, others know nothing
I have bad experiences. They spoil things. So I prefer DIY approach as much as possible.

Aoa no need to search for automatic equilizing charger when there is aan option for doing the job manually, here is the link for detail

I prefer manual approach as well but the question is from where to get the charger appropriate for the job? Normally available battery chargers are 3 stage chargers, not with fixed amperage and required voltage. But I came across a solution. A computer power supply from some scrap market can serve the purpose.
