A huge worst experience with AGS battery. I just purchased AGS battery for 12000 PKR around 6 months ago for UPS of 21 plates from a so called famous retailer of AGS battery who have a shop on main national highway in gulistan society, Quaidabad near malir bypass named Shamim Akhtar battery services. My battery backup time was good at start but after 3 months its backup time entirely drop down. I still waited and continuously monitored all of inspection parameters but the results constantly degrade. Around 10 days before the expiry, i went to retailer with this problem, he checked and asked me that its plates has been blacked and it can't be claimed. I asked for his dealer and he give me his number, he was AGS Khursheed near Maskan chowrangi, i called him and he straight forward refused to accept that this Shamim Akhtar is his retailer. I called multiple times on AGS Service center but every time they just give moral support that our representative will visit your place and in this entire scenario battery expiry gone and i have nothing to claim. I again went to retailer (Shamim akhtar) and he give me a solution that we will take this battery at around 25% of purchasing cost and recommend me to add further 4500 PKR to buy a new battery with lower ampere. I just refused him because i know that he don't have any authorization with AGS and just selling used batteries with all fake warranty documents. Moreover too mush disappointment from AGS representatives to not support me at the right time. I will never recommend anyone to purchase AGS battery. I don't have any personal conflict with any retailer and dealer but this is the responsibility of AGS to verify all of its dealers and retailers. A voice coming from the heart with worst experience ever.
