Ask Me ....I Would Have Look For INVERTER Based Unit.....They Are Expensive But Will Outrun Price Diffenece In Electricity Bill......The 1 Ton Normal Unit Takes Like 5A WhereAs they Are Rated 3A .....!

Regarding Vacuum Pump...So Its roughly Around 11-12k.....! Its A Good Inverstment I Say......Either Make One Out Of Compressor It Will Be Like For Maxx 3-3.5k...

^^ Saqib Bhai......Its Just Needed To Be Done Before You Charge Your System.... Lines And Everything Should Be Vacuumed So None Of Things Can Be Left Inside Other Than JUST Refrigerent when Charged So The Whole Cycle Can Run Smoothly.....! Air In System Can React With Refrigerent(Air Is Not Just Air..It Can Have Lot More Other Gases And Moisture As You May Have Read In School Days) So As Its Presence Can Greatly Effect Its Effeciency.......!

People Who Get Their Car A/C Charged Always Wonder WHy They Never Get Same Results As They Have With New Cars Still After Spending So Much............!

In Other Thread...The Member Just Solved His Issue With Car Cooling By This So Called VACUUUM Thingy .....! Its Manufacturer's Recommended Procedure Which We Ignore Just Like We Ignore The Importance Of Earth Wire In System

Else You Can Seek For It In Market Beside Jheel Park (That Street Beside MR Burger On Tariq Road)...It Have Whole LOTS Of Air conditioning Shops......! Also There ARe Some Dealers In Old City Areas For HVAC....I Will Hunt There....I Didn't Touch Tariq Road Till Now....!

Yes.....When He Install All The Lines And All The Fitting And Was About To Charge Gas.....Ask Him To Calm His Horses And Vacuum The System (You Have To Ask It Before Installation Actuallly As They Mostlty Don't Have The Vacuum Pump For The Purpose) Vaccum Have 2 Advantages Actually....

No1:: Vacuum Will Remove Any Other Moisture Gases Air In SYstem And Will Make It Run All GOOD..

No2:: Vacuum Will Let You Know Actually If There's Any Leak In Your System...Vacuum It And Leave It...Stable Vacuum Should Be There....If Vacuum Drops Means There's A Leak And Find Out That Leak And Fix It 1st Before Charging Expensive Refrigerent...No user Wants A Re-Charge Every Year...So Leak TEST Is Must Before Charging... Here They Do It After Charging... Non-Sense..

Factory Actually Recommends To Pressurize System With Nitrogen For Leak Checks Also......!

About ASCON So I Don't Have Any News On That....Its A Rare Brand...Maybe Imported Or NEW But You Should Look For Parts Availability Also.....ALways Use Stabilizer With Your Split Unit....The Inner Unit COntrol System Is All Circuitry And Our Desi Voltage Fluctuation Can KILL Them In No Time.....! High Ambient Temp Results In High Pressure On Pressure Line.......The Best Part To Double Check It Is To Calculate The Refrigerent By Weight And Add It By Weight....(+/- 40-50gms)....Factory Recommends To Add Refrigerent By Weight Always...Either Its Cars Air Conditioning Or Home....Home Air Conditioning Varies As You Shorten Or Lengthe The Lines To Install Outer.......!

Its Written On Unit Actually How Much Refrigerent Is Charged Inside And For How Much Length Piping......! As You Increase Line Length Or Decrease You Have To Adjust Refrigerent Accordingly....!

They Refill Their Cylinders And Its On Them Which One They Get Inside...!
