Best Area for Montessori / Preschool

Dear all,
I am new to this forum so apology if not posting in the right section or if the required info has been discussed before.
I am planning to move to Pakistan Lahore and wanting to start my own business of Montessori or preschool of an international standard.
My education from childhood is from abroad so not much idea of Lahore.
Target market will be middle middle to lower upper class.
Initial plan is to go with rented property. Business plan and syllabus from an Italian Montessori is all set.
Any suggestions on best areas with good potential of growth will be highly appreciated. I have limited resources and need proper planning.

Italian school system is acceptable and affordable.

Thanks for your suggestion. Surely will keep it in my mind while implementation.
when I said "Italian Montessori", I meant more of math and sensorial type syllabus. Above all there is no doubt that Italian Montessori's are one of the best.

Anyway question still remains unanswered as I don't think that Punjab Education Foundation will do any help in selection of area. I am looking for parents feedback to list down the demanding areas.

I have 2 kids age 3 and 1. surely there education will be my first priority when shifting to Lahore and the same I am expecting from parents already living there.
