Need advise on which shop is the best and most renowned for batteries in Karachi,

Ideal would be to buy any lead acid battery and prepare it yourself with lab grade sulfuric acid AGS, Phoenix any. If you can't the just go to any battery shop and get a MF or lead acid battery

You have google and access to internet. Quite easy to find such, infact easier in chemical market itself which is next to denso hall.

Or any vendor that deals in supplying school labs. Schools have contact process product H2SO4 in their labs.

you can buy boxed battery and separate battery electrolyte in bottles from any battery shop. top up battery and connect to any vehicle. jump start and leave to idle at 1000 rpm for 15 minutes. Battery will be fully charged.

our MT shop have stacks of boxed new batteries and barrels (plastic drums) of electrolyte. usually the MT shop charge batteries using solar panel however when urgency thats' how a new battery is kicked to wake up.

avg battery life is approx 30 months for petrol engine vehicles and 24+ months for Diesel engine vehicles.

i think sir @margallar also posted his experience for preparing a fresh battery at home.
this is 2nd station i have revised the battery buying process. ' Thank you to sir @Xulfiqar ' for battery preparing / charging process in one of his threads.

I did tested that process myself before implementing at stations of posting.

Thank you very much for the detailed answers. How about I buy the battery direct from AGS website? Would they put lab grade acid in it? Would it be better than buying the battery from any shop?

Whenever I replaced batteries - I had them supplied dry to me, I make my own electrolyte mixture with lab grade H2SO4 and medical grade distilled water - add to battery and charge at 10% AH rating at 14.0 volts for about 2 hours - voila - always performed better than any shop batteries and many times longer too. If the battery is dry charged it will work with just electrolyte, if they are not dry charged you need to give them a boost charge to work. e.g. If you buy a wet Yuasa DIN rated batt…

how much ampere we have to give it for first charge is it different for bigger batteries and time duration for example a ups battery of 200 amperes and a vehicle battery of 60 apmpere what will be difference of ampere and time?

10% of the AH rating is best for kick charge of new battery.

200 AH battery is supposed to be juiced with 20Amps. 60AH battery is to take 6 amps.

20 amps constant or we have to drop it with time like if i want to charge it with ups if peak amps are set at 20 amps then it will slowly drop to 14 15 amps after some time

20 amps kickstart charge for maximum 2 hours with vented battery cells and battery temperature kept under 20c.

This is for 200AH battery only. Its a rather big beast.
