Best bike in 30K

Salam to all,

Hey guys, i wanted to ask which will be the best bike to buy under 30 thousand rupees. I only want to use it for going to college, casual shopping innearby market etc. So i definitely dont need those powerhorses. But i need some bike which is quite reliable and doesnt break down a lot.And it is good to buy a used chinese bike like road prince etc or i will go for the brand new one on installments plan!
