The best biryani I've ever had in a restaurant was in an Indian restaurant in Bangkok, I tried another India restaurant there and it was as good. All Biryani places that I've tried in Lahore are awful, most of them just put tons of chili powder that burns your tongue, no taste.
Also, the quality of broiler chicken in Pakistan is very bad. We make desi chicken biryani at home and it tastes much better.
