I hope I’m not too late but I guess you can get early model (2014-2015) PKDM Wagon R in your budget of 12 lacs. That will be much better than Cultus in terms of pick, a/c performance and fuel economy.

The only drawback will be cramped rear seat (3 persons will struggle however 2 will be comfortable).
