Best car to buy with high resale value

Hello Guys, I hope everybody is safe.

I recently sold my GLI 2019 due to some cash issues and now I want to buy a car preferably 1800 cc for a short term period. Eventually, I want to buy Civic Turbo RS or Grande in 2-3 months. So, I want to buy a car which can easily be sold out when needed without dropping too much value.
My budget is around 22 lacs, I am considering to buy Honda Rebirth (but all the cars are around 1 lac km driven, not sure if it's wise to buy a car driven too much for a short term span or not). Another option that I am considering is buying Prius but again it has battery issues.

My last option is to increase the budget and buy 2016-2017 civic turbo and keep it for long term, you all know it has knocking issues, I am not sure if that can be fixed or not. So, I am pretty much confused about what to do.

Looking for your suggestions and expert opinion.

Get a gli again..for best resale or city under 2 million because over that value.. city days are now over. Used Civic x Should only be bought if u know the history and owner else.. steering aur ac jeenay nhn de ga. If u can find a reliable seller only then its a good deal

GLI is underpowered, I used to drive grande, then civic facelift so its really annoying to drive a 1300cc.

If u want a car in 1.8 category than go for civic rebirth it has good resale value without losing much money although if u would increase your budget than u have a option of civic x and grande in these cars civic x has better resale value than grande. If 1.8 is not your consideration than GLi has best resale value

Don't go for low mileage cars because majority of them are reversed meters.1 lac km is very low mileage for a civic.buy well maintained car.
