My suggestion would be: 1)cultus 2008-10 ka model if it comes under your budget and you get a clean car. If you budget is 1.2mn, bring it down to 1-1.1 mn and keep the remaining for repairs. A used car will always give problems in the first few months. This suggestion is valid if you don't have much time to devote and can spare time only on weekends etc for initial repairs maintenance.
2) if you can allot some time, then go for 2004 cultus or 2001-02 city for 0.7-0.8mn and spend the rest on fixing each and everything. This can take upto 3,4 months as you figure out the problems and find decent workshops for everything. The benefit in this case would be that you will be aware of each and everything regarding your car.
