Could you please advice on best family car or SUV ( Automatic transmission ) in Pakistan, budget could be 2.5 M Pkr, car in term of performance,responsive,road grip,good space in cabin etc.

I'm assuming you want to buy a new vehicle.
Not many options here,Check out Honda BRV its a 7 seater so it should be good for families.
Others will provide you with even better recommendations and advice.

Yes, be a bit specific with the models. which year and which variant.
Till where personal choice goes, if i wanted a saloon, i would buy a grande, if i wanted an SUV in the said amount, i would buy a dewan import 2.8l Pajero. If i wanted a hybrid, i would get an axio(only in the said budget, otherwise i would get a clean used prius). Civic 2012-2016 is a nice car that easily fits your budget too.

year could be in between 2012-2016 for used AT 1.6 Or 1.8 but CivicTurbo is fail car in pakistan i just want to know how many rupees / Lac difference in new and used one and if there is not much difference in new and used car then Why the used one. I have zero experience on japanese car, i like germans cars we can buy used german car eg BMW 3 series but in pakistan germans cars parts is a big issue eg: for BMW parts we have to go to Dewan's motors,hope Renault will be in pakistan as per plan 2018.
Mechanical jobs not a big deal for me only need some space,tools and dismantle/rebuild the car,truck or heavy machine ( for heavy machines yes we need more space Like V 16 Industrial engines ) haha

2012-2014(old shape) around 16-18, 2014-2016, around 2 mil. civic 2012 starts at 19 and goes till 23.
Parts are no longer an issue, even german cars parts are available without an issue.
If you like germans so much, look into a c180, 2007/8.

Most probably i will go for German ( Used ) car 2nd option is Civic ( Non Turbo ) Toyota is 3rd and last option as per now car available in pakistan, Unfortunately only few models of crossover in pakistan crossover also good in ride quality,comfort etc.
is toyota using a same body ( Basic ) structure in term of design for all corolla,s 1.3,1.6 etc, as we know all models FWD so their will be weight difference of Engine+transmission so this difference not destabilizing a car especially on applying a break in high speed skidding from rear end and out of control,no counter weight / balance in front and rear side

If you can extend your budget, look into the A3, yes toyota uses the same basic structure, there have been no complaints as such. On the contrary, i see lots and lots of crossovers on the roads these days. In your budget, there is a Toyota Rush, Honda Crossroad, Daihatsui Terios, BMW X3(2005), BMW X5(2003), Nissan Juke, and maybe, a 2014 vezel

any idea about annual tax that car owner ( Filer/Non ) need to pay to Punjab Gov.
eg: 1300, 1500, 1800 Cc new or used ( any special tax on car like Mercedes,Bmw etc )

Islamabad has the lowest taxes, the rates variates on engine size and year of registration. Punjab used to have a luxury tax on vehicles larger than 1800cc, i think i read somewhere that that has been dissolved. What city are you located in?

Diesel is something people don't prefer here because our diesel isn't upto the mark to help it run. Plus the price seems right, a decent 2006 3 series should be around 2 million.
