I think you are mixing up things. You are talking about 4 gear deluxe. Yes 4 gear deluxe has 14t sprocket in the front. And yes it can achieve 110 on its stock sprocket. However stock 5 gear deluxe hardly reaches 110kph at its max rpm in 5th gear. 5 gear deluxe has very short gear ratio. That’s why i replaced the front sprocket with 15t

YOU MATCHED THE GEAR RATION WITH 4TH GEAR ONE? AND CG 125?

Because in Upper portion you said yourself it has different parts and this is engine can achieve 110 on 4th gear as cg also can achieve 4th gear 110 speed but due to weight of delux it approaches slowly than cg125
but i can argue with you all day that your delux can achieve 110 on 4th gear by remaining stock.
2010 model is euro 2 5 gear on punching 5th gear delux gets slow 110-120 it remain almost same at 5th gear unless you have bigger road.

a plug is source of blast which makes 1-2% difference or may be low/higher point is if plug temperature is right it will blast more and make carbon less . this is the reason Pakistan bikers engineers could never move on from 125cc engine . we never engineered engines and other countries have 125-150cc v twin engines
that has less speed but more power and sound.

engine has more things than we think .Pakistani mechanics can only alter a engine by placing bigger bore and large valves with other cc engines parts to make it move faster but there is no relaibility engine gets wasted even its built totally on parts from big bikes.

i want you to watch for plug number search for orignal delux service manual and cg125 you will find difference in plug and power .

I said stock 5 gear deluxe can achieve 110 in 5th gear. Not in 4th gear. In 4th gear It can just go upto 90 95 kph. And as far as plugs of cg and deluxe are concerned I will make sure of it

5 gear deluxe can achieve 110 in 4th gear if u put 16t sprocket in front and keep the rear one stock. Or replace the rear sprocket with 38t and front 15t. But these sprocket ratios make the bike lazy. It will have good top speed. There is a guy on youtube he replaced front sprocket with 17t and he is easily able to achieve 110 in 4th gear. I will do some research on plug. Coz i have been using iridium in my bike. Iridium performs good. But 110 in 4th gear is just a dream for me.

Do u mean that plug can increase the red line limit of the engine? Rpm limit

no that depends upon CDI system . cdi system can surely increase the rpm to limit where engine can go. but plug can increase the speed of the engine rpm to reach 11k .

you know for fun fact point models of honda cg125 are more faster . why? same cc same engine mechanism

Mechanic told me get road prince loader 200cc CDI. You will enjoy the ride as it much more poweful than orginal CDI.

Brother i totally agree to you on this point. Plug do make difference to make engine rev more quickly. I had used irridium plug in my bike. And the response was very good. But i couldn’t get the max results due to bad cdi. I am going to get a new iridium for my bike soon. And about point models of cg125 i have no authentic information about that. I just know they had manual kind of ignition system which could be adjusted manually and was quite helpful in achieving higher rpms without struggling hard

Bro i just installed genuine honda cdi in my bike. Now the missing at higher rpm is gone. And throttle response is quite smoother. I would suggest you to get genuine atlas honda cdi.

Bro usually bikes don,t go to its max rpms in 5th gear because 5th gear is there for engine relaxation

Try to improve its performance by setting its valve+specially carb mixture setting

Will it work to remove rev limiter so can bike go upto 9.5 rmp to 11 in 5th gear
I have read about cdi unit of honda 125 old model have bigger cdi unit and there is no rev limiter in it .

If I changed with cg's sprockets set 15t and 38t

not recommended. stock is the best size for both speed and acceleration. but if you want to do experiment and learn then go a head.
