Best City Car under 2 Million

Assalamu Alikum everyone,
I'm currently looking for a daily driveable reliable car with good fuel average and AC for driving within city in 2 million budget. Initially I was looking at Cultus euro 2 LE but I can't find a clean unabused car. Please advise what car would be best within city and what are the known faults and how do I check that specific car when I go to purchase it. My requirements are that it must be reliable, have good fuel average, spacious for 4 people and have good AC. JazakAllah

That's strange, a very very clean Cultus Euro2 should be available in less than 2 million budget : / i don't know why you could not find a clean Cultus in this budget : (

You can find a Cultus within 16 Lacs but there aren't any nice cars for sale in the market that's the issue
