Best one i've used is "Armorall upholstery and carpet cleaner" . it's a low foaming formulation with great stain lifting ability... Spray bottle, not wipes...
Washing soda is a cheaper product that works wonders. You just need to be careful to remove every last bit of it from the surface or it'll turn whitish after a while.
