According to my experience Nazir Auto in G-8/1. They are a little expensive, but their expertise really worth it.
There are also some inexpensive alternatives available in the Rawalpindi region like Gul Autos near Westridge.

No don't go-to Nazir autos they are very very very expensive. You can try CARfest in G10 or Rehman Auto pindi and Saeed Engg Works also in Pindi much more professional diagnostics than anyone else and much reasonable. For electrical faults locate Ishaq in Gali next to Tabaraak restaurant in Saddar pindi...your issues with car be solved INSHALLAH.
