Best electrician for headlight

I have toyota raize its sequential left indicator stop working and after i install the amplifier right indicator in headlight also not working

I checked my car by 2 electrician they don’t understand issue correctly just suggested to change the unit in headlight coating 20K

Please suggest best person who deal only japanese car complex light issue

Lahore . The blaster need to repair i checked another electrician in bilal gunj i got a number

OEM parts dont blow up like this of fairly new car
someone messed up with the electricals
