and abt the price of the engine... MAXPOWER isb was selling a cple of 3rd gen non VVT-i for arnd 80K and the 4th gen VVT-i was sold a bit higher then that...

dude..dat 4th gen was sold to umair..for 160k...
and abt 3rd gen...its around 140-150k...

I think stock 18R would be fine in your situation

1JZ as a daily in <st1:country-region><st1:place>Pakistan</st1:place></st1:country-region> is not practical at all because
of high fuel costs and converting it to CNG would prove pointless.
I would stick to 18R but please go for a much bigger radiator
for obvious reasons.

Sir i have seen 2jz on CNG in a crown and runs perfectly even once my uncle had a old hi-ace it was converted to petrol with 1JZ-GE and it was sold to a driver and was driven daily from rwp to lhr

this is new to me that 2jz can be run on cng but i am looking for the original one which is 18R but still i didnt find it .the one which is i found asking 85k

my opinion NO GO for 3sfe.
Please find 18R, as you are in khi, try finding in shershah, you may get lucky.

finally got 3sfe rear wheel version for mark2 denting and paint job is done hope fully will on road within 3 days.also want to install turbo in it .will anybody have an experiance of turbo in 3sfe and which is best for it.
didnt found 18r engine in good condition and they are so expensive as compared to the latest engine

hmmm... is it expensive due to rear wheel drive setup? here in Peshawar one of my friend's uncle bought it for 45k, (front wheel drive)

correct me if i'm wrong, but first you said you didn't want to upgrade everything and wanted a daily driver, now you are planning on fitting a turbo to a 3S-FE?

my advice is to skip the turbo and concentrate on everythign else which is is chassis related first. replace ALL bushes, grommets etc first, then make sure EVERYTHING under the body is in 100% working order.

only after that will i suggest you go for a power upgrade...

restoration done with 3s efe engine,electric seats,original meter running perfectly with black color with chrom trim and rim ,hid,neon light the picture will be tomorrow
