Best engine oil for carburetor cultus

Dear friends. My cultus 2006 model has just crossed 80k on ODO. Car is petrol+ CNG. But CNG is very rearly used. Car is alhamdullilah is in excellent condition. No engine problem and no oil reduction. Water throwing engine. I am the first owner. till now I am using Shell HX5 10W-40 engine oil after every 3000km or six month.
I would like to ask is this oil good for car which is now 80k drive? Should I continue with it? I have noticed that engine noise has slightly increased.
Which is good engine oil for winters in Pakistan.

If you only drive within city then change your oil between 4000-5000. 3000 is recommended when you are on a long trip. I also own a cultus 2002 and I use the same oil.

My car is mostly used within city and hardly ceomplete mileage within six months as per recommended schedule. So I change oil after every 6 month without considering mileage. Waiting for 5000 kms with take at least 12 months.

Is there possibility to change carburator with throttle?
