Honda and total quartz are same in 5w30. Its just the packaging which is different. Which grade are u currently using?

Then why is it that the TOTAL supplied oil to honda is API SM where as the TOTAL quartz is API SN? Btw the API SN honda oil is being supplied by Chevron.
Bhai SM is for engines which are older i.e. 2010 and near. SN is for newer engines. Abhi SN plus bhee aa giya hai. Why go for honda when its an old tech oil. You can get total quartz 9000 SN rating for the same price

Yes they are operating in Pakistan. Their lubricants are available pretty much everywhere under the name of Caltex.
