Best engine oil viscosity for Vitz is 5W40 or 10W40 (for all seasons), Never ever try 20W50.

List of 10W40 synthetic or fully synthetic oils are:

Do not go above 5W40. You may use the following:

5W30
0W30
5W40

in my experience its the best and most suited oil for vitz. fixed knocking issue in my vitz drastically.

Petronas (Malaysian Imported Oil) Fully Synthetic 5W 40 or else after 100k mileage use 5W 30 most recommended. Cost you 2800/2400 respectively.

I purchase a Vitz 2014 mode almost 64k km driven and I put 0w-20 original made in Japan tin pack engine oil but as I turn car on i feel enough engine vibration on idle mode or when I suppose to shift gear from P to D or D to R once I accelerate it there is no vibration at all very smooth drive. Luckily I find the oil change history of that car having oil change history receipt in a dashboard and there was mention that for around 4 time guy use Total9000 and then after it Total5000. So isn’t that reason I am having engine vibration. Shall I drain it as it cost me 4300 and if yes then what viscosity shall I use. Positive feedback highly appreciate

Bro, I would sincerely suggest to go for 5w-30, API SN / SN Plus / RC, ILSAC GF-5, fully synthetic engine oil from some reputed brand, and it must be 100% genuine and original. If you want best for bucks, go for Total Quartz 9000 Future series, and change oil along with genuine, OEM Oil filter, after every 5,000 Kms, otherwise, Toyota is also good.
