Please look in to your car's owners manual. It will definitely have details regarding recommended oil grade(s) for your car.
I believe, 5w-30, API SN / SN Plus, fully synthetic engine oil from any reputed brand would be best suited for your car. Ensure that oil is genuine. And if you want best for bucks, look for Total Quartz 9000 Future series, and change after every 5,000 Kms along with genuine, OEM Oil Filter.
My answer would be a Big NO! (unless / until, there is some serious problem with the engine, and it shouldn't be there at the first place, at about 20,000 Kms)
It will also be mentioned in the cars' manual. Please go through it. It will be somewhere in-between 50-80,000 Kms, I believe.
