Brother, even if you extend your budget up to 2.5 million PKR, still; Toyota Corolla Xli / Gli are the only options in locally assembled brand new Sedans / cars.

As far as used JDMs are concerned, the ground clearance is quite less for hatchbacks / Sedans. You will have to install spacer springs / packing for increasing ground clearance. But Yes, for SUVs, ground clearance may be sufficient, but they are expensive and may exceed your 2.5 million budget.
