EER is calculated by two methods so dont mix them . One is mostly less then 4 and other is around 10-11 . Something like EER of w/w and EER of btu . Google for exact info . No doubt Panasonic is superior to gree and others . A friend using panasonic pkf model i think and it is performing like a efficient inverter . It has T3 compressorSharp manufactured in japan but assembled in Pakistan also available and cheaper then daikin

they all are universal and generic . Technical details are all flawed and if you have noticed all models carry same specs for eer seer etc
