There is no tunning. There is nothing to tun in a modern economy car with electronic controls. Don't worry about tunning. Please don't let anyone wash your sensors, spark plugs, filters, or catalytic converter in the name of tunning.
Read the owner's manual that came with the car. There is a table of required maintenance items. Some parts need to be inspected for wear, some parts need to be replaced, all at specified intervals of either time or distance traveled.
Take it to a Honda dealer with a good reputation nearby if the car requires maintenance as the manual specifies. You will save money, spend less time visiting mistris, and the car will live longer.
