Best mechanic in Islamabad for engine overhaul

who is the best mechanic in Islamabad for overhauling engine of Mehran like rings change, valve seal Etc? and how much this work will cost me. problem I am facing is car drinking oil like about a couple of litres in 2000 km of city running and oil getting dark pretty soon. exhaust getting black from inside. i use shell 10-40 engine oil and guard oil filter. car runs on petrol. petrol average is good. pick performance and other things are good. i got this car brand new and since 7 years its with me. so i need advise on that. thanks in advance

Dear, use Zic 20w50 oil if your car is drinking such amount off oil.
I dont know the good mechanic, but i have went through this overhauling process.
What is did?
1. I went to different mechanics for this job and got the estimate of labour and parts
2. Then i got information about the good spare parts dealer.
3. After a week, i selected one mechanic, purchased all spare parts by myself, and got done all "Kharad" job before my eyes.

For four years, car didnt created any problem, recently got gasket replaced.
Now the car is in use of my elder brother

Get every job done in your presence. Dont leave your vehicle with mechanic. Get all engineering work in presence of you.

They will never ever be able to reproduce what you want and thus give you grief.

Aoa. I have a Cultus 2008(efi).There is some sort of pick issuea and while driving when the race paddle is left the car is off. Plz suggest a good mechanic in Islamabad.
