Best Mechanic/Workshop to Overhaul Toyota Corolla (2005)

I want to overhaul my Toyota Corolla 2005 SE Saloon. I think engine is 4AFE (if I am not wrong). Is there any expert mechanic/workshop in Rawalpindi/Islamabad (or surroundings) which can overhaul this engine reliably according to specs?
