Best out of these 5, based on 10 important aspects

Hi,
I have finalized these 5 cars, which can be bought in the budget of 18 to 20 lacs. I have neglected JDM 660 CC's because I don't want to buy them due to mostly driving on long routes.
Now, I have created 10 important shades and gave each shade a figure of 10. Based on these shades I have given marks to each car. Maybe I'm a bit biased towards Nissan wingroad, I graded it higher. But, now I'm seeking advice of expert pakwheelers to help me decide among these 5 cars.
My preferences are as shown in the figure these 10 shades.

And further how difficult or easy is it to find a good condition wingroad in Islamabad?
And further I'm concerned about maintenance costs of all these 5 cars depending upon their old models

Among your given options, Corolla is the best.

And the shape of corolla which you’ve posted picture above, has very hot re-sales too and considered as very dominating shape (after corolla indus).

I will suggest go for Corolla. And prefer buying Automatic, it gives more comfort while driving than manual.

My friend has bought 2012 model and enjoying every bit of it.

This shape of Corolla started in 2009. But, I can't get this shape in my budget with an automatic. I would only be able to buy a manual XLI.

Last year I sold my 2006 model Altis with auto gear in 1.6mil only.

If fuel consumption is not so serious issue, then previous shape is also not bad either. Because more or less all the models of corolla gives 10-12 fuel average in city and 14/15 on highways. You may try to find that shape if you like. Yes it would be hard to find such neat & clean car with original clock but its not possible either.

One of my friend selling 2007 model 1.8L altis in golden color in Karachi (registered in karachi). If you are interested, I can arrange its photos & other details. I believe you can close the deal somewhere in 1.8-1.9

and believe me that model is better than driving manual xli.
