whats are the best petrol engines to put in a 5-door 76 wagoneer?? originally it was 6cylinder n 4-speed manual....but airforce wala's khoka's dnt hav it as usual.........
does M715 petrol engine is same lik Wagoneer??
1FZ-FE petrol.. or a six cylinder diesel should work
how abt jeep 4.2?? coz F-series toyota engines r bit expensive.......obviously in 65000rupees truck.......
2F/3F can work.. but i would suggest u put in a diesel 2H 6 cylinder if possible

Dont install the old and very lousy, horrible at consumption 3F engine. If you want to install then go for 1FZFE. Its fuel thirsty too but atleast smooth and powerful. The 1GR is the best option if availabe and pocket permits. All depends upon budget. 2UZ is great engine aswell. Also the 5VZFE
Dont go for any other engine like Jeep etc as the parts issue. As your ride is not sort of luxury type, you can consider diesels like 1HD too

my suggestion is 2jz-gte
no offense to all the 1j - 2j fans but the wagoneer is HUGE and inline 6 simply won't do it justice at least not till the boost kicks in and even then it won't be enough .. go for a 1uz or 2uz instead or 3uz if u can find one .. if you can lay your hands on a vk56vd that would be perfect but thas also a very big wiring hassle .. TORQUE is all u need .. keep it simple but with a lot of grunt without force induction that is if u want a reliable daily runner and u'll enjoy the drive
