make sure to avoid all kinds o soft drinks,even DIET ONES... beasue on average you ingest around 8 Teaspoons of sugar with one cola drink...
and if you ask me the physiology then i would tell you that NON of these soft drinks actually can satisfy your thirst...all of them contain sodium,and increase sodium in bodies means you are thirsty.
also avoid ice creams,chocolates etc....
in short avoid everything that instantly tastes sweet when you place in in mouth....
you will reduce...
meanwhile my dears,as a doctor,i warm you that central obesity i,e haveing a TOND is a disater to start with..its one of the major risk factors for your heart,and blood pressure alonf with increase risk of diabetes.
So all those yound fellows reading this,get your TOND lower right now....
P.S..i lost 12 Kg in space of 2 month with diet and sugar free diet,plus exercise (walk) for 30 mins for one month.
im now 79Kg
