i eat 2 boiled eggs at 7:00 am some puri chanaa at 11:00 am ,,,, lunch at 2:00pm some bread and nuggets at 5:00 pm dinner at 8:00 pm ,,, some snack at 10:00pm and 2 boiled egg at 12:00am and a glass of milk before bed!!!!!! still i lost 1kg last 6 months from 55kg to 54kg!!!!!! and now in winters i cannot stay in direct sunlight for more then 5 min!!!!!!! MY MOM CALL ME A VAMPIRE !!!!!!!!!
Well Haseeb,, I have a plan for you...
Do breakfast with french fries like half kg potatoes in the breakfast with 6 boiled full eggs (6 egg whites and 2 egg yolks).
Then have jug of milk shake in the noon. banana milk shake prefereably with some raw eggs in it. if you don like the taste of raw eggs just take the simple milk shake. Raw egg can also cause salmonelo typhi so just leave it.
lunch should be atleast 2 roties with 2 or 3 botis:P i mean a mix of carb and proteins.
In the evening get half kg full fat yogurt from the milk shop, those who sell the open yugurt in koondaas, its got high fat so it will help you in gaining weight,
Dinner take boiled rice with some fried chicken and some gravy.
Before sleeping take 2 cups of warm milk.
Start weight training.
Do this stuff for some 5-6 months i am sure u l add up some mass if all other things (you do not have some problem with stomach as said by storm).
are ok. There is no reason you dont put on weight from this 4000 plus caloric diet if you are not burning all of this.
If you get sick of the routine,, add in some porridge instead of french fries for some days and then switch back to french fries.. similarly other things can be altered as per need.
