The same is true for me too.
I am also trying to reduce some fat after Bakra EID.
1. I reduced my sugar intake.
2. Instead of heavy fbeakfast (like pratha and egg) i have switched to 2 pieces of brown bread along with tea (with half teas spoon sugar)
3. 2 cups of green tea (with lemon) in a day
4. Medium sized bowl of Salad in lunch (just cabbage, cucumber, carrot and tomato)
5. One roti at dinner
In addition to this, i daily go to hiking track (Track 3 near F-6/3, Islamabad in evening. 2.5Kms upwards and return). Plus some fitness excercises like sit-ups, push-ups, leg raises, crunches etc.
Once in a week i eat paratha\halwa puri or Savor Pulao).
I have reduced around 8 KG in around 3 months (i.e. from 83 KG to 75KG, waist has also reduced to 34 from my previous 36"). The sad point is i have to buy new pants.
