Bro, have you seen pearl on road? I have seen 3-4 cars and all had some issue with their front tires when you look from front they are inward from the bottom. And the quality of these cars are not good. An old maintained cultus will look in better body shape then pearl/united new ones.
I always advise for less budget ones that go for cultus efi. It drives smooth, AC is better and average is better. If you go for old city/civics they are heavy on petrol and you can hardly find good maintained ones so that can be an issue in long run for you.
I had advised same to my brother but he was always " I dont like cultus " and got an 2010 Alto instead ( very clean car ). Alto AC is even better but its leg room at back is less than cultus and it does not drive smooth as cultus and its heavy on petrol which my brother sometimes complain now.
Santro is also a very good option. Best drive, good average and good AC. But again I have not seen good santros when my brother was searching for car. There was 1/2 cars which were actually 2014 registered so were out of range ( the last pieces dewan sold ). But if you can find a good santro then its better than cultus.
