Of course I do have some experience and know about the garages / workshops too, but in reference to Non-Hybrids. For Hybrids, I believe things may be slightly different.

I believe @rajaatta is competent enough when it comes to diagnosing hybrid vehicles. His workshop 'Rehman Autos' is near Hamza camp on IJP road. You'll be able to find it on google maps.
