Guys I am looking for best monthly returns for a relative of mine. He has around 10 million and wants to have a decent monthly return on this amount. He is interested in buying national savings certificates that give monthly return, is there anyother option he could avail? I want to suggest buying built house/shop and giving it on rent but im not really sure how much monthly return he would have from there as compared to the savings idea. Any other safe investment idea is welcomed.

don't go for national savings unless you are over 70 years or else.
As its pure interest and its not allow in Islam.(haram)
Best option is try to buy plot commercial or residentail
than build plaza and enjoy both, rental income plus property value increment.
