Best route from Rawalpindi to New Islamabad Airport Fatehjang?

I have recently got a job at the New Islamabad Airport in Fatehjang. According to Google Maps, there are two feasible paths:

1. Peshawar Road -> Tarnol -> Airport
2. Peshawar Road -> Girja Road -> Thalian -> Fatehjang Road -> Airport

Can anyone who has been there tell me the details like road conditions etc for both? I am interested in the second one because I reside in Rawalpindi and it is comparatively shorter for me. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, i also want to avoid Tarnol due to rush. Have you travelled through Girja Road yourself?

yar i live in g15..which is very nesr to motorway chock.. i use motorway ..noni never use
