Best route suggestion for Karachi to Islamabad

Asalam o Allikum Pakwheeler friends,
I am very exiciting to share that we are going on roadtrip again, after very long time, need your valuable suggestions in this regard.

We are planning to leave from Karachi to Islamabad, Nathiyagali on this weekend (03-Feb-2018 Saturday) with overnight stay in between (Bhawalpur, or Multan or Lahore), Car: Civic with 2 drivers
Q1: Is it possible to reach Lahore, if we leave Karachi around 4 am in the morning and cross Sindh in day time?
Q2: What is the current situation of fog during route in bhawalpur, multan and lahore?
Q3: Should we stay in Bhawalpur or Multan? which route is the best as we need to to reach Islamabad/Natthiya gali.

We can easily reach Multan on our car, I just want to confirm is there any good road from Bhawalpur to Lahore, Islamabad if we stay at Bhawalpur.

Our priority is to reach Nathiya Gali right after first overnight stay.

IF you are 2 drivers and leave Karachi 4 pm easily reach Lahore at before 10 pm. same day.fog issue is after Multan now but in Feb may be clear .above route is best.in Bahawalpur & Multan many good hotel for stay.in Bahawalpur Arabian Lodges is best for stay.in Punjab road condition is better than Sindh.
