Best selling japanese imports in pakistan?

Hi guys,

So i'm thinking of importing a few japanese cars to resell in the market. What are the best selling japanese cars in pakistan right now?

The mid-sized sedan cars i'm considering are Corolla Assista X, Corolla Axio, Premio.

Smaller vehicles i was thinking of Vitz, Alto, Mira.

Obviously smaller vehicles will have a lower profit margin but might be quicker to sell. So what cars would you guys recommend that are in high-demand in the market?

I will be going for proper auctioned high-grade cars. I was also considering fielders but the market seems to be flooded with them at the moment.

Why is that? Was the production ceased in 2007, or is the Axio the new model of the X? I'm a little confused about it.

best selling JDM car in pakistan is the Prado BTW, more of them have been sold than any other import.

you might also want to look into this prospect.

Hmmm yeah i was thinking of Prado's but maybe later on once i've understood the whole process. It will take longer to sell and i could get a couple of decent cars in the same amount.

i think u should concentrate on hybrid civic.. it should be a hot cake especially in days to come..

How about a nissan bluebird? Saw one today and the interior is much better than the corolla's.

I would love to import a 2007 Lexus IS 250 as well, costs hardly 9 lacs in the UK. Unfortunately it's got a 2.2L engine, so with the duty it would be unfeasible. Any idea how much duty would be on a 2.2L car?

Vitz is the best selling Japanese import.

Well on doing some more research there's hardly any money to be made in Vitz, unless you import dozens of them at once. So i think i'm leaning towards a mid-sized sedan for now.

Vitz ki market kum ho gaye hay.........now swift is taking plce.......yes....its better u import 1300cc vitz,,,aur price b thori si zaida ho swift se.......it will b the most fast selling Japanese car.......but no doubt japansese alto is a lot In now a days....

how much is the bluebird costing you ?

Depends on many things, auction grade, mileage etc etc. Should be in the range of 1.5m i think.
