Best Tyre/Rims specs for 2003 Vitz?

in terms of smooth drive, smooth suspensiona and good fuel economy. which specification is better?

1. 14' rims/185 tyres

2.13' rims/175 tyres?

I have a Vitz 2003...

My choice: 14' Rim and 185/65 Tyre.

In this combination:

1st of all the Height of the car will increase saving from the speed breakers,

2nd is Good comfortable/Smooth drive,

3rd In such shift you will feel some decelaration but my economy with this is 12-13 Km/Liter of Petrol.

well i wud say u stick with the 13s which is stock size with the vitz. i m using 185/70 R13 Yokohama S306 with ma Platz and they are working perfecty fine mashallah. height has also been increased . u can verify it from the tyre size calculator
