Best Tyres And Rim Size For Honda City 05?

Aoa Everyone,
Need help regarding tyres and rim size for honda city 05. Currently i am using 185/70/13 Dunlop lemans 703 which have manufacture date of 2010 and have done around 40k on them . Now as they are quite old and have become hard and less grippy so i am thinking to replace them. Now i am also thinking to increase the rim size as this size looks a little bit diminished on the car and also by increasing the rim size there will be better ground clearence and car would not hit the mighty car breakers sorry speed breakers. Now i am thinking of going for 185/60/15 this time as it will not be much different from the current size so it won't bother suspension much . The options which i am taking in consideration are Yokohama Advans db or continental cc5 (If You recommend any other you are most welcome). Now i want opinion from all of you that would you recommend me to change the rim size and tyre size or i should stick to current tyre and rim size and also which company tyre would you recommend and also if you can mention its price and also best shop in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to purchase the tyres

I changed tyres today, from continental 185/70/R13 to Dunlop same size. It cost me 15500/- with my old tyres.

For any maintenance and parts replacement go to honda dealership .
For engine oil whats the current mileage of engine and is it reducing oil ?
In should give 13.5-17.5 depending depending of drive and driving style.

what about navigation system and dvd player. should I install. currently I have old casette player fm radio with only two front speakers on doors.

which one is good plz suggest. and also price with speakers.
