Don't change these tyres. They are very good tyres. My 2012 dlx still has much better tyres than my 2013 civic, the latter came with local tyres. My swift never had a single puncture till date, while my civic has been punctured twice now. Just haven't found the time to swap them out for some good brand.
Anyways, I won't recommend you change the tyres. Obviously you can get better tyres for your swift than the stock ones, but that being said, unless you're changing the rim size and/or are also wanting to change the profile of the tyres, you shouldn't change these tyres - not at least now. They are pretty good and decent tyres.
