Best tyres for 3rd Gen Prius

What tyres would be the best for a 2011 (3rd gen) Prius? I'm inclined to buy Chinese (forgotten the name of the brand) since they are significantly cheaper, are they recommended? Or should I just go with the brand names such as the Yokohama AdvanDB or Dunlop SP Sport?

I'd like to know:
1. If Chinese brand tyres are recommended (195 r15), and
2. If not, which is the best tyre (low rolling resistance) for the Prius

Chinese tyres.are worst bhai ..koi brand ka pata nhn lagta..get yokos and enjoy a silent drive.

you can get yoko feel in less price with good dunlop tyres....i tried....

Blue earth are excellent and i think db s will be replaced by blue earths in a year or so.. since blue earth are pretty silent tyres

Which Dunlops? I've used SP Sport before and they weren't the most silent tbh..

Dunlop are noisy...excellent reliable tyres but noisenos way too much

If you find fresh stock only then.. actually official import nhn ati yahan..smuggled have issues and if required..u just xant find single tyre of same series.

If I was on tight budget I would choose General tyres over Chinese.

AoA! Can anybody please suggest which tyres are good from 195 r16 and 205 r16. I recently installed 215 r16 in my prius 3rd gen and it has badly affected the fuel economy of my car. I’m using r16 due to poor road conditions in here in Kp.

Which tyres did you get? And which Prius do you have which has a 16 rim size? I thought all standard models come with r15 and the touring version with r17...

I have used Yokohama Blue Earth AE-50 on my Prius 2015, its excellent tyre. Its quite soft and good for our city roads.

You can also check out Bridgestone Ecopia EP-300.

Pls use the size recommended for your car; 195/65R15.

I need to buy tires for my 3rd gen prius by tomorrow. Any reviews ? any recommendations?

I have narrowed it down to either Yokohama bluearth es 32 or Pirelli P1 both official imports. Pirelli a year older but cheaper yokohama a few months old production. Any other recommendation I should consider?
