Which is the best tyre brand right now in the market?

I need to change the stock rear tyre of my 70cc honda as it has somewhat swollen/deformed and my rim keeps getting deformed resulting in bubbling. I searched around and found out that 6 ply Service and Panther tyres are around 850-900Rs but they have many tread designs so I'm confused.

Which brand and which model of rear tyre should I get in terms of quality and life?

I'm using General tyre for my 70cc bike.. its budget friendly because I'm using 6 ply tyres front and rear, the rear tyre cost me almost 1600. Tyres are good but a little hard. Ride on smooth road is good but not good in bumpy streets
