Best vitz mechanic for engine overhaul in DHA Karachi

I have vitz 2013 jewela import 2016 that has served me extremely well for the last 9 years, but now its engine is reducing oil. The local mechanic said that engine is now old and should be overhauled or repaired. Expenses 55k (April 2025). Not done yet as I am scared that it may make things worse. The car also needs suspension work according to local mechanic. I personally cannot notice anything in the car but I don’t know anything about cars. Can anyone please guide me to a good mechanic. The car has 137,000 km on it.

That's quite low mileage for Toyota. What's maintenance history like? What oil you've used and what at interval you get it changed?

Some oil reduction is normal on any engine.

An overhaul at 137K, that too on a Toyota is absurd, unless tampered mileage. Get a compression test (both dry/wet), get your engine seals checked for leaks.
