Best way to clean your interior

what is the BEST way / product to give good shine and cleanliness to your car interior other than cleaning it with Wet cloth.

have some detergent in sligt warm water with some shampoo and clean it with a small piece of carpet once, and then with clean dry cloth.
after your apply any interior spray ..there are alot in the market

1. unless you have a wet-dry vaccum cleaner there is little else you can do except use a damp cloth to clean your seats & carpet

2. dashboards and other plastic should NEVER be shiny as they give off glare. to reduce glare i used to use surf mixed with water on my civic,... really helped and kept the dashboard in a matter finish.

3. never use these stupid dashboard cleaning sprays as they all leave a oily residue on the dashboard and can cause your hands to slip off the steering in extreme cases.

4. best thing to do is to vaccum your car (including the headliner) at least once a week and use a damp cloth on all the plastic & vinyl (ragzeen) bits.

other than water.................... nothing!
because other products contain chemicals which harm the finish (leather, pvc, rubber, etc) over a period of time as they are essentially oxidizers.

best and the most effective will be .... Go to any Tunning shoppes ...they have high pressure air.... blow it in and there you do..

What i do.

1 - Clean whole interior with clotch with surf.

2 - Clean with damp cloth

3 - Use 7 CF (yes it gives shiny finish)

after few days usage shiny finish will be gone and u get nice mat finish.

Only using surf on light color dashboard works but on old cars with black or gray interior if u only use surf u will get 2 or 3 tones on the dash

7 CF makes whole dash looks same than just use normal damp cloth for few days shine will be gone.

Sir, the best way and most effective is Try first to clean with a cloth and remove all the dust, then try car shampoo with sponge not cloth, after washing your interior with car shampoo, but donot put the sponge on electronic devices such as CD Player, AC Knobs, front wheel assembly/indicator assembly, only the body. and donot wash under sun because after washing the sun can.

Then you can apply a cleaner its not a polish but its a cleaner, it does not give you a shine but give you a factory outlook. The way to use the below product is to spray evenly after covering glass/meter parts and other non-plastic products. The try to clean with a soft and clean cloth.

After you apply 02 to 03 times you will get your factory shine, because most of the products gives shine to interior but when the car comes out infront of sun the polish start to dry and ruin the original interior finish.
