you might want to try turbo motors on mason rd near the new block of ganga ram hospital. i got a 2005 civic aligned by them about a month ago and the hard pull to the left (said to be a common problem with late model civics) has been reduced almost 80%.
i didn't really like their solution very much but was desperate to put an end to the constant pulling. they drilled/filed the bolt holes in the wheel assembly (that secures the wheel and macpherson strut housing to the drive arm). they said that enlarging the holes would allow them more latitude in adjusting the angle of the wheel for alignment. i told them to go ahead and do it. they aligned the wheels as normal after the crude surgery and the car is driving much better.
cost for modification to the bolt holes: 1,000
4 wheel alignment: 200
warranty on work: ~300 km (or up to 2 wks) just to make sure that the alignment doesn't drift out due to poor workmanship on their part.
i agree with the other posters; most likely your steering wheel vibration is due to a need for wheel balancing. turbo also does wheel balancing; don't know how much they charge, though.
btw, the attitude of the staff is extremely professional. they obviously enjoy their work and like to educate the client about the technical aspects of their work. the aligning equipment is modern and used as intended (no estimation in measurements i mean).
as usual, atlas honda is more concerned about filling their coffers than selling a well-built product.
good luck and regards,
vadvaro
p.s you should not necessarily get both alignment and balancing done. treat them as two separate issues; the wheel balancing is for the vibration and the alignment is for the pulling to one side.
